Emergency Tree Work
Storm Damage.
Fallen Trees.
We Respond Fast.
When a tree falls or becomes an immediate hazard, you need someone on site quickly. We provide emergency call-out across Kent and South East London, making the site safe first, then dealing with clearance.
Emergency tree work is a different discipline to planned tree surgery. The priority is always safety first, making the immediate area safe for people and property, before worrying about the final clearance or what happens to the wood.
We carry full equipment on every vehicle, which means we can respond to most emergencies without needing to make a return trip. Our team is trained to assess unstable trees quickly and work safely in compromised conditions.
What We Deal With
- Trees fallen onto or threatening a property, vehicle, or road
- Storm-damaged trees with hanging or fractured limbs
- Uprooted trees with destabilised root plates
- Trees leaning suddenly against buildings or fences
- Dead or dying trees posing an imminent risk to the public
- Post-storm inspections for compromised but still-standing trees
What Happens When You Call
Call us directly on 07957 685 655. We'll ask you a few quick questions about the situation and location, give you an honest assessment of how fast we can reach you, and advise on any immediate steps, like keeping people clear of the area.
We'll make the site safe on arrival, then agree with you what happens next, whether that's emergency clearance only, or a full removal and tidy while we're on site.
Insurance Claims
If the damage is the result of a storm or an event you need to claim for, we can provide a written report and invoice documentation in the format your insurer requires. We're used to working alongside loss adjusters and can advise on what's likely to be covered.
“The first job in an emergency is always to make things safe, for the people on site and for us. Everything else comes after that.”
