What We Stand For

Three things we don't compromise on.

Professional

From the first call to the final clean-up. Fully insured (£5 million public liability), qualified to NPTC/Lantra standard, and equipped for any job.

Respectful

Of your property, your garden, and the trees themselves. We work cleanly, communicate clearly, and leave every site better than we found it.

Reliable

We show up when we say we will. We complete what we quoted. We don't leave until you're satisfied. No exceptions.

The Team

The core team.

The people you'll meet on most jobs. On larger projects we work alongside trusted partners.

Jack

Owner & Managing Director

Started: 2016 · 10 years

Jack qualified as a City & Guilds arborist after leaving the Royal Marines, building out the technical side of the craft on top of the discipline the Marines gave him. He built the team the same way, surrounding himself with people who take pride in their work and genuinely love being outdoors.

Griff

Director & Operations Lead

Started: 2016 · 10 years

Griff is responsible for making sure every project is planned, organised and delivered safely. He oversees health & safety compliance, prepares risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), creates site plans and project documentation, and coordinates the team to ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard.

Oscar

Director & Lead Arborist

Started: 2017 · 9 years

Oscar is our lead climbing arborist and a City & Guilds qualified professional. He specialises in complex climbing and technical tree work, bringing skill and confidence to every job.

Aiden

Lead Climber & Chief Animal Welfare Officer

Started: 2018 · 8 years

Aiden is a City & Guilds qualified arborist and experienced lead climber with a keen eye for wildlife. Before work begins, he's the one checking for nesting birds, bats and other protected species to make sure every job is carried out responsibly.

Bred

Lead Groundsman & Climber in Training

Started: 2022 · 4 years

Brandon is developing his climbing skills under the guidance of our experienced arborists. Keen to learn and always willing to lend a hand, he's building the knowledge and confidence needed to become a fully qualified climber.

Lewis

Groundsman

Started: 2026

The newest member of the team, Lewis supports every stage of the job, from setting up safely to leaving gardens clean and tidy. He's already proving to be a reliable pair of hands and is keen to continue developing his arboricultural skills.

Jon's camera shy.

We'll catch him on site one of these days.
